Once you’ve received the necessary residential permit or commercial permit — including the building permit and any additional permits required for your project — the next step is to schedule inspections.
Depending on your project, there may be several points in the building process that require inspections. Inspections can only be performed when certain milestones in the building process have been met.

STEP 3: Contact Miss Utility

STEP 4: Inspection
When you have scheduled your inspection, have a copy of the approved permit, plat and building plans on the job site and available to the inspector during each inspection. You also must provide ladders, scaffolds and any testing equipment required to complete an inspection.
STEP 5: Inspection Results
When the inspection is complete, you can check the results and make comments.
