The FY2022 budget adopted by the County Board includes adjustments to the following Zoning and Department of Environmental Services (DES) fees, which will go into effect on July 1, 2021.
- A new $59 fee for review of Electrical and Plumbing Permits, the same fee already required for Mechanical Permits
- A new $59 fee for review of revisions to approved special exception site plans, such as tenant fit-outs and interior alterations
- A new $120 fee for Verification Permits, for review of a specific preliminary and/or exploratory proposal
- Fee increases for the Water-Sewer Utilities rate, Infrastructure Availability fees, and Water Connection & Meter Installation fees based on the results of the recent rate study
