Residential Express (Walk-Thru) Review Times
Starting July 1, 2019, paper plans for all residential building permits that qualify for express (walk-thru) review will be reviewed in two (2) business days. In addition to the review time change, the submittal requirements for residential building plan review will also change. Three (3) sets of paper plans are required.
Residential Express (Walk-Thru) Review Criteria
Also starting July 1, 2019, criteria for all residential building permits that qualify for express (walk-thru) review is changing to limit exterior work to egress windows, decks, porches, stoops and water proofing; any structure under a roof does not qualify as express. Permits submitted through ePlan Review and electronic express are not changing at this time.
