Permit application for all electrical work requires a permit except for the following:
- Replacement of general use snap switches, dimmer and control switches, 125 volt-15 or 20 ampere receptacles, luminaries (lighting fixtures) and ceiling (paddle) fans in individual dwelling units.
An electrical energy certification form may also be required for some projects.
This application should be turned in on the 10th floor of 2100 Clarendon Blvd.
