Building Code and Property Maintenance Appeals
If you receive notice of a building code violation and you disagree, you may file an appeal with the Local Board of Building Code Appeals.
Zoning Appeals
The Board of Zoning Appeals hears appeals regarding Zoning Ordinance orders, requirements, decisions, and determinations.
